Our engineering team was able to develop the new integration with CoastCapital for Authorize, GetAccountsSummary and GetAccountsDetail endpoints. We also noted a high volume of invalid_login or new_account in the last days, this is because Coast Capital is forcing the end user to create a username to authorize, in these cases the end user needs to do the process with the financial institution directly first, then make sure to use their new credentials. Also, many connections might be failing because the enduser is still using their debit card (old way) after creating the username (new way). We will continue to monitor Coast Capital closely to make sure all users are able to link their bank accounts. Thank you for your patience.
Our engineering team was able to develop the new integration with CoastCapital for Authorize and GetAccountsSummary endpoints. The team is still currently implementing the GetAccountDetails endpoint. We expect to have coverage for all endpoints by next Friday (September 20). Thank you for your patience.
We have implemented 2 step authentication with SMS verification, now authorization is working for debit card and username. Coast Capital has implemented a new interface for those who access with username, our team is working to support this new flow shortly.
We have implemented a UX update in Flinks Connect to accept username or debit card for Coast Capital. Today the institution implemented 2 step authentication with text verification, our team is working to support this new flow shortly.
Be advised: Coast Capital is changing their login process by accepting username or debit card as login, we have identified an opportunity to improve our UX to better support our customers and are working on an update, which will improve the successful authentication rate shortly.
