We continue to experience connectivity issues with Tangerine, but in the meantime we have restored partial data retrieval. Currently you might face some of the following limitations:

  • Missing KYC
  • Missing balances in transactions
  • Missing IBV
  • Missing account currency
    However you will still be able to retrieve transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and rest assure our team continues to investigate and identify a permanent fix.
